Each of our products is mailed in a plastic wrap and boxed to prevent damage from inclement weather.
Due to the limited quantities of each piece, we cannot guarantee that every item will be in stock at the time of your order. However, we will make every effort to indicate online, at the time of your order, whether an item is in or out of stock. New shipments arrive monthly. Please contact us for more details.
Each product we sell is hand made of high quality fabrics and materials with the greatest care. Because of the unique nature of this type of hand-manufacturing, there will be slight variations in each piece. This is a particular benefit that we are very proud to offer our clients.

Order Processing and Delivery
We begin processing your order as soon as we receive it. It normally takes 10 to 14 business days for you to receive your shipment. We will inform you as soon as possible of any delay in shipment. Custom orders can take longer to process, depending on the style and availability of materials.
Express shipping is available.
We take as much care in shipping your order as we do in making our products. We offer rush 2nd day and standard (up to 5 business days) shipping.

Ordering and Shipping Confirmations
After ordering, you will receive two email confirmations from Woodsmoke. First, we will confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. Then, we will notify you once your order ships and send you information to track your package.
At Woodsmoke, we stand behind our products, our service and our customers. That’s why we include a 100% satisfaction guarantee with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll exchange it or refund the credit card used for purchase. Mail us the item within 48 hours of receipt for a full refund. We apologize, but we cannot accept returns after 48 hours.
