African Woodsmoke

Last night we had a great Woodsmoke Evening for the Siena Park apartment residents.  It turned out to be a beautiful evening here in DC once again.  The Diemersfontein Pinotage & Degrendal Rose were the huge hits of the evening.  To purchase some of the great wine that was enjoyed last night go HERE. To kick off our move to Washington DC and the start of the World Cup, Woodsmoke is having a premier event on the breathtaking rooftop of the Newseum Residences.

Just wanted to remind you that the last Woodsmoke Evening in Nebraska is happening tonight at Firethorn Golf Club from 6 – 10pm.  The event will be free of charge and we will be pouring free South African wine all night.  There will also be African Crafts at MAJOR discounts because we need to unload before we move!  I would love to say CHEERS!  Come and experience the culture of Africa tonight.

Woodsmoke is having its final African Evening before leaving Nebraska and moving to San Diego. The event will be held at Firethorn Golf Club on April 8 from 6 – 10pm.  Firethorn is a members only club but the owners have been kind enough to open this event up to the public.

Sean has just got back from South Africa and has some amazing new art pieces to showcase, he was able to find some very rare kuba cloth that is 100 years old and was worn by kings in Congo.  Woodsmoke will also be showcasing boutique South African wines that will be available to taste free of charge.  Firethorn will provide some h’orderves and there will be African music to vibe to.

This event will also be a goodbye party for Sean, the founder of Woodsmoke.  Sean will also be moving out to San Diego.  Come and join us for a free Woodsmoke Evening and say CHEERS before we head off to San Diego.
